With over 30 years of retail experience, Kristin brings a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye for customer service to Impress Jewelry Creations. Her career began in bookkeeping and sales at Glidden Paint before transitioning to Otorhinolaryngology. However, it was during her 25-year tenure at US 31 Supply that Kristin honed her expertise in sales, display setup, pricing, and project consultation—helping clients select the perfect lighting and reviewing blueprints to bring their visions to life.

Now at Impress Jewelry Creations, Kristin applies her extensive retail background to jewelry sales, client interactions, repairs, appraisals, and procurement. She finds joy in helping clients discover the perfect piece, whether selecting from the boutique’s curated collection or assisting with heirloom restorations. She especially enjoys working with sentimental pieces, ensuring each item continues to tell a meaningful story.
