We offer a 2-year limited warranty on new merchandise covering manufacturer defects under normal wear. To maintain coverage, jewelry must be inspected every six months by IJC or an approved agent. Repairs completed by IJC are covered under a 1-year warranty for defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from neglect, exposure to chemicals, excessive wear, unauthorized repairs, or accidental impact. Center stones, secondary stones, chains, bracelets, earrings, and worn prongs are not covered. Unauthorized repairs void all warranties. Consignment and estate pieces are sold as-is and are not covered under warranty. We strongly recommend obtaining jewelry insurance for protection against loss or damage.

Unworn items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or within 14 days for in-store credit, if in original condition. After this period, at management’s discretion, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be assessed.

Layaway deposits are fully refundable within 30 days. After 30 days, a non-refundable store credit will be issued. Monthly payments are required to keep your layaway active. Failure to make payments may result in cancellation of the layaway and forfeiture of eligibility for a refund.

Special orders are final after 48 hours of placement. If canceled after this period, a 10% restocking fee will apply. This fee covers processing and materials allocated for your order and may be issued as an in-store credit at our discretion. Special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once received.

Custom jewelry projects require a significant investment of time and craftsmanship. Once a design has been approved (rendering approval given), a $200 cancellation fee will apply if the project is canceled. At our discretion, this fee may be issued as an in-store credit.
